LOS ANGELES -- Cracked up pop tart Britney Spears left the psych ward at Cedars Sinai Medical Center one day after being stripped of access to her two children following a late-night medical drama. The scandal-prone star was accompanied by TV psychologist Dr Phil McGraw who declared that he was concerned about her mental status and advised her to remain in hospital.
